Offense
Morris Watts has to take control of the offense (including play calling). Enos cannot, I repeat, cannot make game-time and/or half time adjustments. With Enos, it's "run the same three plays, Herb." We're going to get shut down and killed if this continues. I have seen nothing to warrant Cummings retention. Nystrom, ditto. Special teams and linebackers are nonexistent. Mose Rison, a CMU man, was a good hire, and I think we'll see more discipline and hunger out of our receivers. Wilson and Davis need a big year. RR has to be quicker with his decision making, otherwise, get the young guys started. You can't continue to be stuck in neutral on a moving train.

RE: Offense
When you hire a head coach who has not had head coaching experience "running the show" you get back to back 3-9 seasons. Anybody surprised by that???

But, now that we've had to suffer through 2 horrible years with him as a HC, I'm holding out hope that Enos has now learned (what he should have already known before we hired him...) how to run a DIV1/FBS football team.

If Enos makes better decisions and learns from his mistakes, then the team will at least have a chance.....

I'd rather see Watts call EVERYTHING too. A good HC hires capabable assistant coaches to help him. Let Watts make the decisions on the offense....
