Saw a UTEP license plate in Virginia yesterday.

Was it a UTEP license plate cover with accompanying pick axe? If it was, it was probably this guy 04-rock

I've seen UTEP plate frames in Albuquerque, Dallas, Houston, LA, and Chicago.

It was a license plate cover. I forget what kind of vehicle it was, but it was at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge..

It was a license plate cover. I forget what kind of vehicle it was, but it was at Potomac Mills in Woodbridge..

I drive a black 2010 Dodge Journey and my wife was at Potomac Mills around that time, go figure.

My wife said some guy came to her window and wanted to ask a question, of course she locked the doors and told him to go away. It is woodbridge after all. Hopefully that wasn't you, lol. 01-lauramac2

Haha! That was def. not me. I was pulling into Potomac Mills as the car was leaving. Was it a honda accord or something like it?

If it was a car it wasn't me. But there are plenty UTEP fans in this area. I've seen a few license plate covers.
