If you want to 'pimp' teams on the schedule, try UL...they come the week before. WKU, FIU, and stAte.Games that mean something and are our conference mates. Some TROY fans should come to that realization...

I peronally think the stAte game will be the most exciting. You guys are worried about attendance but you don't do the simple math...home SBC games 4...home non SBC 2. If you have higher attendance for 2 as opposed to 4, the SBC games will pull your attendance down! Troy was winning championships and people still wanted to see 'higher' conference teams play. The SBC is our lot in life;the sooner it is acknowledged, the sooner we can compete with the attendance numbers the likes of UL.

We are here...it is what it is. I personally like the SBC, but there are plenty of fans from the conference that would just as soon stick a couple of sticks of dynamite under it and blow the sumbitch up. I'm not one of them.

I love the SBC. I prefer to stay and make the SBC great. We're movin' on up!

Going to be a bit busy that weekend in Raleigh yelling over Wolfpack fans.


But beat them up for us.
We go to Starkville the week after you get them at home.
Hopefully, by the end of the season, we can say that Mississippi State is the fifth best team in Alabama.

Really wish the Endzones had color. Your "Cardinal" would of looked awsome with those white letters.

I think they are probably trying to keep that from happening again.

Leave it like this for 2-3 years, then paint the endzones to give the turf a new look. By the time it starts to fade it will be time for new turf.

Thats the way I am seeing it, anyway.

Where is the Sun Belt logo?

Im not happy with the field. The middle logo looks great and the green color is great but thats IT. Wheres the Sun Belt logo? Are they going to add that??

And I understand that the end zones can fade and what not but do black...or better yet why cant we cover up the field with a large tarp of some sorts to provide a defense against the sun?

i would express my full complaints if they didn't want to paint the end zone . it can't be that expensive to paint them then buy 2 tarps to cover them during the off season. or even paint them more than once. i wouldn't do black. that would look FCS ish to me. the cardinal red would look great though.
