I think the alliance was larger in the hopes of impressing for BCS purposes. With that now gone, I don't see how anything other than maybe a scheduling agreement is worth the trouble. Maybe they're thinking the same thing.

Dang, a little disappointed it wasn't printed on Blue paper w/ Orange printing!

wonder why TCU was included on that list? they were leaving themselves in a few hours

Yeah, that was odd/funny. But I figured that because TCU technically was a current member by the time BSU had to send notice. So not telling them would not constitute proper notice.

Yea, it said notify all members, so why risk it - you notify everyone regardless to check that box off

It's in one of the MWC Bylaws.... and the reason Hawai'i, Fresno & Nevada aren't listed in the cc's is that they didn't become members of the conference until the following day.

Saturday was scary for Bronco fans.....many false reports on twitter that Boise was staying in the MWC........by 10:00, we knew we were headed for the Big East!!!

Would have loved being in Denver in the MWC office around 11pm, can just see Comish. Hair staring at the fax with a bottle of booze and his BSU doll full of pins. That dude hated us big time. ha ha.
