Or does Shelton still look like he is waiting to get hit again. I ain't mad at him, that was a heck of a blow last year but he just looks like he is not running as hard. I watched him in the spring game and it was weird. He seems to actually cut better than he did last year, but doesn't look like hes running very hard. I hope he is still the brusier he started out as last year, we got plenty of speed and finesse backs. We need Shelton to blow up the middle and bring some wood. When he lowers the boom he is still the best running back we have, without the boom he might be 4th or 5th best back we have. Go CARDS!

3 other ??? running backs. NO, we are thick as bricks in the backfield. L. Gates (fast and power), M. Bush (over 6.0 yards a carry), K. Smith (fast and great blocker), R. Bradshaw (very fast and has had great spring), G. Stripling (just signed this yr. out of Fla.), and A. Mccauley (mainley a blocking and catching FB). Our WR's are even deeper than that this year, so I am expecting great things from the offense. I admit I am not so confident about the defense yet. Good luck Tigers, hope we get payback this fall though....lol.
