Good, and about dang time! If we all agreed, then the only reason to post would be to pat our collective selves on the back for being such great fans. Kinda like the UCV boards.

I liked the old ECAC, particularly the Lou Campanelli Dukes back in the day. Growing up in Richmond, ODU was off of my radar until I went to school. SunBelt was great in BB with WKY, UAB. UNC-c, USF, etc, and I do not have any attachment either way to ODU's old ECAC experience.

I agree the expansions have been mediocre at best......Hofstra and Drexel pretty good, NU fair, and Georgia State awful.

You may be correct concerning convenience over quality, but I look at it more as a commuter-based school transitioning into a full-fledged university, and the rivalries developed were pretty darn good for a backwater conference in the middle of ACC territory.
