The video was taken the day after I believe. It looks basically like a video statement to use as evidence of his account of what happened. There's also a video of his lie detector test on the same page.

Chance of convicting him of murder <10%. Probably <5%.

On the other hand, the chances of convicting his wife of perjury looking very, very good.

Don't worry Eric Holder is batting clean up with a "Hate Crime" charge if the murder charge doesn't stick. One way or the other Z's going away for 15 - 25. IF that does happen it's a perfect example of double jeporardy. One crime two criminal trials.

I don't doubt that Holder would want to do that, but I do doubt he will be able to. Let's see how the state trial turns out first then we'll see about federal.

Only if is some "dramatic" evidence that the prosecutors are saving for trial. I don't rule out that possibility, but if the basic outline we've heard about so far turns out to be a preview of the trial, Zimmerman will not be convicted of murder-two.

Big bandage on the back of his head. That story on the video doesn't sound believable though. But you can't convict someone on speculation that they're lying. Still no evidence that it was murder.
