Holder is hiding documents that show Fast and Furious was a Domestic Political Operation designed to cause violence in Mexico and to enable Obama to push Draconian Gun Control Legislation through Congress that is terrified of the NRA.

By the way I doubt that the claim of Executive Privilege will fly, as he didnt assert it before the Committee months ago.

Why would President Obama assert Executive Privilage on an issue he were not personally involved in?

The Burden is now on Holder to show that disclosure of "Presidential material" produced by the Executive Office of the President, would be disclosed.

This is kind of embarrassing for Obama since Holder previously testified numerous times that F&F was a local operation and that neither he nor anyone else higher, knew what was going on until Terry died.

Now it seems the subpoenaed documents must include privileged documents from the White House.

This may not have anything to do with transparency though. Issa is clearly on a witch-hunt and has ulterior motives with this ridiculous contempt vote.

The goal here should be to get the bottom of this, find out what all went wrong and make the proper corrections and hold the proper people accountable. Not put on a show to be wrapped up neatly just before the election.

And no, I'm not exactly thrilled with the EO, but I'll reserve judgement until this is completed.
