This is the bullsh*t that POS does to get the taxpayers to pick up the dime for his campaigning. His "briefing" on construction progress is official business, the other two events, campaigning.

But I encourage Barry to sleep in late. The less time spent in the Oval Office the better.

Their food is cooked by a staff of chefs, the cleaning is done by a cleaning crew, the kids are chauffeured to school, yeah, must be rough for a president to give a press conference from 8am-1pm!
