Probably one of the most underrated coaches out there....as it seems it doesn't matter what his roster looks like...he has ND near the top challenging almost each and every year.

He just needs his team to "break through" come NCAA time...as other than his 3rd year when ND made it to the Sweet 16...it seems that his teams just run out of steam after Big East tournament.

The one knock on Brey is his lack of success in the NCAA tournament the past few years. With this year's recruiting class and Syracuse leaving, Notre Dame has a chance to be that marquee BE basketball program.

Congrats. Brey is a good coach in a good league, in reality, he is exceptional and would be an excellent coach anywhere. Good to see he is loyal to ND and ND is loyal to him.
