It just comes off as petty when you aren't in the conference (or FBS). If you were, it would just be ribbing. JMO.

There's plenty of cross conference and even cross sub-divisional ribbing at this point. Heck with all the changes in the past year and the changes to come in the next 24 months there no telling who is going to land where. State and Southern have ~200 miles between them. That's enough to keep the ribbing going despite conference affiliation. (Even Panama still comes around the GSUFANS.COM board, no matter what he tells you guys!)

thats lovely but remember this is a conference board, not a team board. Insulting GSU when you're not in the conference comes off as insulting all of us whether you intend it to or not.

For all the talk of how much more tradition Georgia Southern has than Georgia State, Southern has likely had more players decommit than Georgia State has signed.

You're probably right. It's all a part of college football, just like players getting arrested and kicked off the team for various reasons. It happens. At this point in time if you can't take a little jabbing from rivals when this stuff happens, you don't need to be on the internet.

I simply posted an article. There has been MUCH WORSE posted on this board in the form of personal attacks, etc. Don't see what the big deal is.
