I sadly agree. 40 acres, a supply of water and an internet connection in the Great Plains is looking mighty attractive.

Once the fracking operations are finished you'll have to just settle for the acres and internet. Look on the bright side though, you'll be able to run a generator off the stuff coming out of your well.

Thanks for looking out for me...... I'd be estatic if I owned 40 acres and the mineral rights were that extensive.
