Do recruiting budgets vary from year to year? Seems if you have more scholarships to fill then you would need a larger budget?

I suspect the size of the recruiting budget is directly related to the geographic area each school recruits . . if a school recruits regionally it would not need as large a budget as a school that recruits nationally. Just my opinion.

I'm not. I actually expected MTSU to be #1 on the list because I've heard for years how there isn't a lot of Div I prospects in Tennessee so UT has to do a lot of recruiting elsewhere and has the highest recruiting budget in the SEC. I guessed the same would be true for MTSU in the SBC.
