Did you also un-approve his posts? Nope. So our posts were "unapproved" but some guy with an agenda to promote homosexuality is approved....on a SPORTS BOARD.

Thanks for reminding me how twisted America is these days. Thanks for reminding me that people like that have more rights than someone like me..... completely disgusted right now.

You have less rights because you +1'd someone labeling him as garbage just because of his signature? Your rights weren't violated, you asked a question, and you got your answer; with your question answered your post served absolutely no purpose other than to derail a thread.

You say you trust God to make decisions and that you don't judge others, but you're saying 'i agree' to someone who just said he doesn't want to see someone's posts ever just because of their signature and that their beliefs are garbage.

So now your going to twist things too? Where did MUHerd76 say he NEVER wanted to see his posts again? He simply said he didn't want to see that signature anymore and I'm right there with him.

This is a board for Sports, not for some secret agenda of promoting someones sexuality. I never said he couldn't promote equal rights, just go to a forum that is built for that, not some sports board.

What do you think the ignore function does? It makes it so you can't see that person's posts. It's effectively a button that allows you to say 'I never want to hear from this person ever again'.

This is a board for sports, not a forum to discuss what you do with carrots in your bedroom, or for sharing pictures of half-naked men and women; yet that's what goes on. It seems very off that this was never a problem until someone had a picture of a flag aswell.

Obviously the implication in that statement would be 'I believe you are one, but it's only my faith in -whatever- that stops me from straight up calling you one'.

I had no problem with the "conversation of sports" from that particular gay UCF fan. The problem I had was having to look at a signature that took up half the page and was essentially an advertising campaign for gay rights. I'm sure that if somebody come here soliciting their business or some other sports message board that it would have come down immediately. I guarantee it. I've been here long enough to see it before. The gay rights promotion should have been treated the same way as solicitation and taken down as well.

I come here to read about CUSA sports. I like looking at signature creations from fellow school members that promote their school so I don't want to disable signatures but I don't like seeing the gay rights **** on a sports message board. That's not what I come here for. I just had to block the user entirely.

I guess changes to sig size limit and content need to be made and modded.


I do agree that barely naked women sigs are equally as offensive as gay men sigs in terms of having to be explained away by the forum poster using the board at the time someone happens to see the screen. I mean we do have the option to disable sigs but in some regard that takes away from the personality of the poster.

FWIW, there is a BotD forum for all "signed in" users to post pics of said women, and I would assume you could post hot guy pics there... Might want to put in the message header that is what is contained within though.
