There is another thread on here (Universal Trol solution) and here is a prime example of why this thread was started. Read this therad and the way an individual instantly started talking about another Tiger Fans Spouse. This is totally uncalled for It rally makes this site and the Memphis Fan base look bad. Really showed class in this thread. The Mods should not have to look and watch for stuff like this.Why can't we have a true hard driving fan base that has its differences but is overall respectful and considerate. Instead some choose to be less then Mature and get personal. Could any one imagine if there was a recruit looking at Memphis as a school he wanted to attend and some one pointed out the Player bashing the Coach bashing and the attacking among Tiger Fans on each other on this site. Boy that looks really good.

I know many just stay away from this board now it has become pretty ridiculous. I use to post everyday but now once a month maybe. Always a fight going on.

Anyone know how I can keep my neighbor's dog from barking all night?

I'd guess that 95%+, probably higher than that, of the posters on this board have never been banned. All it takes is a semi-civil keyboard. It's very easy to not be banned. Double standard is merely an excuse for those that refuse to be semi-civil and remotely respectful.

I would fit in that category as well. I used to brag about the Memphis message board community to my friends who were fans of other schools. Not so much anymore.

The point of these social blog is to express individual opinion....Memphis fans live in a fish tank....everybody has to think alike....if not then you're not a fan.....and attacked on the board. It's Memphis.

Actually I come on this site quiet often. That is why I started the thread. I just do not post but got tired of seeing Tiger Fans degrade athletes and attacking other Tiger Fans personally It is a shame that this goes on.

I'm still having that barking dog problem.

Tigerjeb I am in no way questioning the mods at all I question the fans who really get brutal on other fans and get personal. The mods on here do what they can but these site should be a place of support and information That is the way I see it.

Charlie we've had several posters on here who used to give solid info. They have pretty much been run off by those who THINK the know more and CLAIM to have better connections. I know of one, who will go unmentioned that STILL gives me info in particular regarding football, who was pretty much treated as a pariah on here. He has turned out to be right about 90% of the time which is a pretty good batting average IMO.
