For names: Metro Division and City Division. Since we are the city school conference.

Correct regarding Navy. I agree with you East/West grouping. Louisville wants no part of the western division.

RE: 2013 season
I am disappointed that UMass, Buffalo, and Army aren't included in Big East expansion.

Army - I thought the Big East approached them and they weren't interested?

UMass - Could happen later on, but I think there are too many better alternatives still available right now if the Big East needed to expand again.

Buffalo - I think they're staying in the MAC for many years to come.

That is not a bad set up @ all...crossover games:
Louisville-UConn
Cincinnati-Rutgers
Memphis-Temple-(Last two in)
USF-UCF-(I4 War)
SMU-Houston
Boise State-San Diego State-(Boise still has access to California plus new access to Texas & Florida).

I think some naysayers would argue that putting UCF and USF in separate divisions would create the possibility of them playing each other twice within a two-week span (assuming that they play each other during Thanksgiving weekend and in the conference championship game). I wouldn't have a problem with that, though. Would any of you not like having the potential for something like that to happen?
