Im buying the kool aid for my CARDS.....

11-2 -6-1 #8 Big East champs with a win over Va. Tech in the Orange Bowl.
Avg. attendance 53,112....Lets see how this turns out several months from now.

attendance 30k.
In two years we will avaerage 40k again and then at some point within 5 years we will be crown jewel of the big east.

Tiger Lane, New lights and sound, The Liberty Bowl WILL be the best venue and gameday experience in the NE

Boise State:

9-3, 38000k attendance, Maaco Bowl Las Vegas (We're in the MWC in 2012.)

I have a difficult time predicting a season with so many new faces starting...

Likely Losses:

Michigan St (Away; opener.)
BYU (Home, more experienced team vs us this season)
1 loss to the following schools:

San Diego State (home)
Hawaii (Away)
Southern Miss (Away)


Best-case scenario: 11-1

Big east winner is going to the sugar bowl this year. It's their turn to take us. Last year was wvu in the orange, the year before UConn in the fiesta, this year Rutgers in the sugar after going 10-2, 7-1 #15 beating UGA.

PS... I don't picture SDSU losing to Wyoming at War Memorial... perhaps an altitude-enhanced 2nd Half Fade, but not a loss.

Michigan State, Hawaii, Nevada, Southern Miss, and BYU will all be tough games. That said, I expect Boise State to get 9 or 10 wins this year and end up in the LV Bowl again.

We probably hate them more than they hate us. Historically, Fresno State is our biggest rival. As far as Wyoming... they should be decent this year and it will be late in the season... if it is bad weather it will favor the Cowboys... they beat us at Qualcomm last year.

Don't know. Just guessing based on the fact that we brought a good turnout to Phoenix for the Insight Bowl and it's the same bowl committee. I guess it depends on who they get from the Big 12 tho. Rutgers finally making a high major bowl after 143 years of college football would be a great story for any of the major bowls to tell tho.
