Silly Robert. That's your problem. 50% of the kids in Florida can't pass the FCAT. That doesn't bother you as much as teachers not having jobs. Just out of curiosity, what is the job of a teacher? Another question, are we local taxpayers here just to provide a job to a teacher? Or are they there to provide a good education to the kids? If they can't do that, should they not be fired?
