Crow is a dish best served fresh... that being said I'm still not sold on Florida State to the Big 12. I think there's been very preliminary type discussions but nothing more.

I don't know what kind of discussions have taken place, and neither do you, brista. Most of this stuff happens behind closed doors, through intermediaries, long before the final discussions are held...

Lawyers have this wonderful exemption of having to tell what the hell they have been doing if they ever get called forth in any type of investigative proceedings. If they do not protect that client/attorney privilege they can lose their bar licensing.

That's why AD's and Presidents lie, because they have lawyers doing the talking for them.
