We need the kind of players who fit the coach's system. We probably are not going to get the kind of players who blow people away with talent, so we need players who fit together well and are willing to work within the system.

Pappy, Steve has never recruited players that fit the system he would like to run. Well, I take that back, he has never landed players that fit his system.

This group he has now is about as close as he has come. He needs a 4 that can shoot the ball and he has that in WN. He needs a pg that can get the team into their sets, which he has had only one that could do that.

Hopefully one of the freshmen will be able to do that before the season is over.

I figure his defensive scheme will work a lot better with a bona fide eraser inside, and we just may have one next year.

Javes and White could be the erasers we need.
