$$ Help Needed in Midtown -- easy handyman stuff
Anyone here willing to work for cash?
I have a few houses that periodically need mini blinds put up, paint touch ups, locks changed, small repairs.. cleanup, mulch etc --stuff to get a home ready to rent ..
Usually half day to two days worth of work..
Send pm if interested ... must have most tools (special tools I will provide) and ability to FINISH a job..
Need the work don't this week and I have a long term need for work like this one a continuing basis depending on market conditions and your abilities.

I saw that you were the first to respond so I emailed you the work order and put you on the schedule...
I now know that you are unwilling and unable to do the work -- BUT ---the work order is in, I will sue you if it is not done on time...

You have not even allowed me to not perform the work. You can't sue someone for not doing something that they weren't allowed to do. When people are not allowed to do something they don't want to do, they often do something else they aren't allowed to do. You will, therefore, be responsible for any illegal actions I may commit. Do you wish to continue with your idle threats, or are you willing to accept the consequences of my failure to perform (which, by the way, is the first time I've ever not been able to perform)?
