Apparently I under estimated their dislike for one another...again! 34 responses in the first hour its been online.

Michigan State supporters are generally fairly normal human beings.

U-M people are as Darryl Rogers put it the "AA" - Arrogant Asses from Ann Arbor.

And Ohio State fans are just plain crazy.

MSU fans have an extreme inferiority complex. They think the whole world is against them. It's really easy to set them off in defensive mode.

^ yeah everyone hates MSU fans and are out to get them. It is pretty evident even on this board that everyone is out to get Sparty.

Sparty hasn't been relevant long enough to garner that kind of widespread disdain. It's only been 5 years since Chris Fowler summed up the whole of Spartan football history with "That's why you're Michigan State" after they figured out how to blow a 16 point lead 4th quarter lead to the Irish.

There are multiple articles all over the internet about the very same topic. Couch didn't do anything different. It is just that the site gets more traffic from both sides.
