Kellen Clemens threw for 278 yards and a pair of touchdowns to lead 25th-ranked Oregon over No. 17 Arizona State, 31-17, in Tempe.

Terrence Whitehead accumulated 122 yards and a touchdown on the ground and added another 100 yards in receiving for the Ducks (5-1, 2-1 Pac-10), who snapped a three-game losing streak. Demetrius Williams hauled in three passes for 108 yards with a touchdown for Oregon, which has won two straight games after suffering its only loss of the season to No. 1 USC.

Oregon out-rushed ASU 234-to-53 yards.

For Arizona, Sam Keller finished 31-of-56 passing for 277 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He also threw two interceptions in the loss. Zach Miller caught seven passes for 71 yards and a touchdown for the Sun Devils (3-3, 1-2), who have lost two games in a row.
