It sure looks like Cuse, Jim Boeheim and Bernie Fine were wronged by ESPN, Mark Schwartz and the accusers.

This was not a Penn State. Boeheim was 100% correct.

Believe all the recent news is about the 3rd accuser...who many noted right away several major decrepancies of his allegations.

Remember, even Bernie Fine's WIFE knew about hist first victim, as he allegedly molested that person for YEARS, even at their own home, but the prosecutors admitted that too much time had passed to consider charges related to their allegations.

Fine likes his boys like red wine. Warm and wet. His own wife said he liked his boys which was OK as long as he left her alone. Is it a Penn State, Nope, they didn't fire all involved, on day one of the discovery.

The original Fine accuser stands accused of fabricating evidence and coaching the 3rd Fine accuser. This is a criminal act on its own. I'm not saying Fine is innocent, but it does bring into question the character and integrity of the original accuser.

Actually, it was noted that she talked about BOYS in particular, not that he was bi or gay.

No clue what will happen in regards to chargers....especially considering the time between events....but that happens everyday in US Courts...where DA Office feel they can't press chargers against certain individuals, when even both parties know the person is guilty.

I don't think any of that coaching staff will ever make to the ACC.

If I recall correctly, part of his deal was to come clean on everything. If any statements prove false, his deal goes out the window and he can face the full time he would have had to serve. That is why he gets a little consideration for speaking the truth now. Otherwise, I would agree with you.

What you fail to grasp...is Bobby Davis who made the tape with Laurie Fine (and we don't know if Laurie was in on it)...Bobby is the same one accused of feeding details about Bernie Fine to the 3rd accuser (Tomaselli)...to try to frame Bernie Fine. This pretty much blows away the lawsuit. Boeheim was probably correct...a pack of a 1000 lies and these guys are going after $$$.

He was of age when the tape was made. The very tape that was edited. The word Boys doesn't prove anything. Look I'm not convinced he is guilty or innocent but I'm convinced all four accusers are liars.
