RE: Ga State
But they lose four starters and five men of a 9-man rotation, and virtually no minutes played beyond the rotation.

RE: Ga State
GSU has Ron Hunter's son coming in this coming season. His son was being recruited by some big time programs. He is similar to Steph Curry who played at Davidson except for he is taller. They may end up like the father son combination at Detroit, where you have a top player who decided to pass up some good offers to play for his father. It sounds like GSU has a good recruiting class coming in and I think Hunter is a good coach. So it wouldn't surprise me if they will be one of the top bball teams in the Belt in 2 seasons. I look forward to playing them and I have alot of respect for their coach.

That could cut down our chances of winning a championship banner in the future.

Doesn't Georgia State have about 25,000 or 30,000 students Alum?

No worries. They should be in the East.

That makes sense, but someone in the east would probably come over to the west. Maybe Western Kentucky. That would undoubtedly give you some worries.

True, but if Western was one to switch divisions, we'd have to play them twice. Past history says that's two losses most years. There goes the divisional banners.

I still say bring them on. Let's just get it done.

Last I heard they were around 30,000. They expect to be at 50,000 by 2015 with 36,000 fulltime students and 10,000 living on campus. They have a similar background as us. They were at one point strictly a commuter school, but are now trying to increase traditional students. They have or in the process of buying up several downtown office buildings to expand facilities and they are building new facilities. They also have bought some former hotels and converted them into dorms.

With that many students living on campus, they should "accidently" get at least a couple thousand to a game on campus. What do we have living on campus, maybe a thousand? We might get a couple hundred to a game.
