1. It's Bleacher Report
2. Dude is missing out on one of the other better defenders on the team - Mike Conley, Jr. ... Mike is leading the LEAGUE in SPG (steals per game) ... Tony Allen gets a lot of praise, but the entire team has bought into defense, and team defense ... and THAT in itself, is very scary. You look at guys like Q on a Kobe Bryant and/or a Gilbert Arenas on a Kevin Durant ... man oh man, the entire team is playing phenomenal defense right now.
3. We've got Marc and Zach, but they didn't even mention Speights or Cunningham. You know, some teams struggle when they bring in their "second" unit, but honestly, I look forward to seeing our second unit in games - they've closed the gap and/or brought us back from a deficit before. With Speights, he's actually the starter right now, over Randolph - that won't continue in the playoffs, or maybe it will. I know Speights has struggled coming off the bench, but he's gotta learn to bring it whenever his number is called. And Cunningham - man, what a great pickup. Dude is our Energizer bunny, a la D.J. Stephens of the Memphis Tigers. Whenever he comes in, you know there is going to be 110% hustle and effort.
4. Juice turning it on down the home stretch only helps us even more
I've been getting a lot of texts from my buddies - Clippers, Lakers, San Antonio, etc. fans - NOBODY WANTS TO SEE THE GRIZZ IN THE PLAYOFFS!
