I've found a combination of Rescue Remedy and Valerian usually works for me. When that doesn't, a dose of alka-seltzer plus night will knock me out cold.

That would keep you up all night, there are so many of them. That picture of Sherman posted here today is enough to give me nightmares.

My problem is not getting to sleep with a "sleep aide", but being too groggy when I wake up. But thanks for the advice.
