Perhaps others can add/know more about it, but I have seen a sports station (on one of the dish networks) out of Ohio that seemed to cover the MAC pretty in depth with MAC BB (doing MAC icon segments) and other sports I think. The last weekend of the regular season they had a game on Saturday, then NIU on Sunday. It also covered Ohio HS, Indians I think, some small colleges.

It would be nice to have Comcast Sports pick up programming like that, but they can't even fit all their live coverage (not to mention all the replays) of their Chicago pro sports coverage into one channel.
