I always enjoyed reading his columns and hearing his participation in NIU press conferences. He seemed to give our program a lot of respect and that made me respect him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

I remember he did an article before the Bulls 72 win season predicting that they would win 70 and identified which games they would lose. He ended up being pretty close.
