How many people u heard of dat got shot almost lost their life and in less than a year back to full contact football? Lol glad to b ya 1st.

Great news. We had a hoops player years ago who was shot several times in 2 or 3 unrelated incidents and came back. Got to be tough physically but all the moreso mentally.

I wish him well, it will be interesting to see if he can play at the same high level that he achieved before the shooting. Regardless of whether he can or can't I am proud of him and glad that he is a HUSKIE.

Won't happen, MD. It's virtually 100% that the game will be on a weekday. ESPN needs to fill their weeknight schedules and give their announcers a venue where they can spend the whole game promoting the big time games they will have on ESPN over the next weekend.

NIU/Toledo has been between two undefeated MAC teams the last two years. That'll probably be the first game ESPN wants.
