The Tri-state area to me has always been WV, KY, Ohio.

None of this conference stuff matters as there is only one team on top that needs to go down - Caltucky.

living in SW Ohio we consider Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio the tri-state.

I guess from South Point east replace Indiana with WV.....

All of it being Reds country.
