He's wrong. The Orange Bowl had the last pick this year that's why they took WVU. Next year the Big East champ goes to the sugar Bowl. (2011 champ orange bowl, 2010 champ fiesta, 2009 champ sugar.)

Maybe, but it depends on other things too. If a non-AQ from out west qualifies for an automatic BCS spot, the Orange Bowl may pass on them
