Ole Miss vs. Mississippi State
Not that these schools don't hate each other enough already, but it looks like one will get an NCAA spot and the other won't. Lunardi has MSU in and Ole Miss not even in the first 4 out or second 4 out. Of course, that was before Ole Miss beat Tennessee tonight. Ole Miss (before their win tonight) had an RPI of 53 and are now 20-12 and 10-8 in SEC games. Mississippi State has an RPI of 71, and record of 21-11 and 8-9 in SEC games. Ole Miss has won 5 in row. Don't see how they can take MSU ahead of them, although MSU have done a little better against the Top 100. I guess I would just like to see Coach Kennedy finally get into the NCAA tourney. He was the only BCS coach who was willing to play us home and home, straight up. He deserves a break and I think he is a pretty good coach.
