One of the best games I've ever attended...
men's, women's, or NBA. I bet there were not more than a handful of folks in the arena who believed UALR would win after MTSU overcame a 22 point deficit and took a 5 point lead late. But the coaches and the 5 girls who played 37 or more minutes (3 played over 40) believed. Those 5 girls averaged over 35 minutes a game, 3 straight days (so much for Wally's tired legs argument for his little piggies). Taylor Gault certainly believed when she hit the tieing shot at the buzzer. Taylor Ford believed hitting the winning basket and playing all 45 minutes. Yes, Foley is a great coach. But he is not so great that he can hit clutch shots for his freshman star and gutty sophomore point guard (who is playing out of position). One of the most gutty, clutch performance by young players I have ever seen.

RE: One of the best games I've ever attended...
I certainly was worried that we'd lose the game when they came back from a 22 point deficit and took the lead, but give credit to our kids. They wouldn't give up. I still don't know how ASU beat the Middle men's team. They were really good. And the women. Wow they had some talented players. I still find it hard to believe we won the game. But that's what makes tournament play so exciting. And our Sun Belt games, both men and women, were nearly all exciting to watch.
