I like Oklahoma and Oklahoma State in the Wednesday games. The old Big 12 south schools are really hogging up the bottom of the basketball seeding this year. The Big 12 North teams who were left by Colorado and Nebraska are seeded 1-4.

Next year's tourney should really be fun, frog...

OU and OSU are definitely down compared to what they've been in past years. While Nebraska may be missed in football, neither them nor Colorado are missed on the hoops side.

Yeah historically none of the Big 12 south Texas schools have been great basketball programs, Texas has been the best but even their resume isn't fantastic. OU and OSU on the other hand are more often than not pretty good teams.

My picks are Kansas, Kansas State, Iowa State, and Missouri. ISU knocks Texas off of the bubble today IMO.

Yesterday went mostly according to seed, with the exception of Texas upsetting ISU. I don't see that as a huge upset, though, even though ISU has been more consistent this year.

Today will be interesting - if Baylor plays as well as they did yesterday, they may well derail the much anticipated KU/MU rubber match. I don't expect UT to beat MU, although stranger things have happened.

Texas has a lot of young talent and they are maturing at the right time. With other teams falling off the bubble, the Horns may have locked up their NCAA bid yesterday.
