LOL @ this list. What a joke. UC landed 6 or 7 in-state guys that are better than ANY of Toledo's commitments.

After reading this article, and although not directly stated, I believe they are talking about 2013 recruiting. That would make sense considering we don't have a single commit yet for 2013. Odd article to have 11 months before signing day IMO.
