UTEP's current roster was still in diapers the last time they won an ncaa game.

Congrats to Memphis. Tigers are playing good basketball in a crucial part of the season. They will be tough to beat in the CUSA Tourney.

I extend a sincere congratulations to Tigers fans on the 2011-12 regular season C-USA Championship. A well-deserved celebration is your's today. Memphis is clearly the top team in the league this year, and will be a very tough out in the tournament.

I also apologize on behalf of my few fellow Miners fans, who have made as$es of themselves on this thread. They should have either extended their appreciation or just stayed the hell out of the thread altogether. I'm not certain where their spite comes from.

Just a couple, but I'm sure some of our guys did the same thing a couple of years ago when UTEP won the regular season. UTEP does have something Memphis doesn't yet and I can get why certain Miner fans use that against us when they feel Memphis fans/media doesn't give the program enough credit. With that being said, most of the UTEP posters respect Memphis and our fanbase.

Looks like utep isn't very good without some Memphis players on the team. And have lot of defensive butt hurt fans. If you don't like Memphis celebrating after winning the conference regular season maybe utep needs to win more games. I guess the win over Memphis is what utep fans can strive for instead of making the ncaa tourney. Some of them seem so obsessed with Memphis.
