Scenario #8:

1) Akron 2) Ohio 3) Buffalo 4) Kent State
Notes: We lose the triple bye, and get the dreaded 2-3 matchup with Ohio.
How it happens: Ohio wins and Buffalo loses.

Scenario #7:

1) Akron 2) Buffalo 3) Ohio 4) Kent State
Notes: We get the triple bye but still get the dreaded 2-3 matchup with Ohio.
How it happens:

1) Akron, Ohio and Buffalo win.
OR
2) Akron wins, Ohio and EMU lose.

Scenario #6:

1) Buffalo 2) Akron 3) Kent State 4) Ohio
Notes: We win the MAC regular season title, but get the dreaded 1-4 matchup with Ohio.
How it happens: Buffalo wins, Akron, Ohio and EMU lose.

Scenario #5:

1) Akron 2) Buffalo 3) Kent State 4) Ohio
Notes: We get the triple bye, get a less dreaded but still difficult 2-3 matchup with Kent.
How it happens: Akron, Ohio, Buffalo and EMU lose.

Scenario #4:

1) Akron 2) Buffalo 3) Kent State 4) EMU
Notes: We get the triple bye, get a less dreaded but still difficult 2-3 matchup with Kent, Ohio is forced to play 2 extra games.
How it happens:

1) Akron, Buffalo and EMU win, and Ohio loses.
OR
2) EMU wins and Akron, Ohio and Buffalo lose

Scenario #3:

1) Buffalo 2) Akron 3) Ohio 4) Kent State
Notes: We win the MAC regular season, get the less dreaded but still difficult matchup with Kent.
How it happens: Ohio and Buffalo win and Akron loses.

Scenario #2:

1) Akron 2) Buffalo 3) EMU 4) Ohio
Notes: We get the triple Bye, we get a sweet 2-3 matchup with EMU. Kent has to play 2 extra games.
How it happens: Akron and EMU win, Ohio and Buffalo lose.

Scenario #1:

1) Buffalo 2) Akron 3) Kent 4) EMU
Notes: We win the MAC regular season title. We get the triple bye. We get a sweet 1-4 matchup with EMU. Ohio has to play 2 extra games. Only downside is Ohio at #5 is still on our side of the bracket.
How it happens: Buffalo and EMU win, and Akron and Ohio lose.

Toledo will be tourney champs...yeah I said it!

I think scenario 2 is incorrect. EMU can't finish ahead of Kent, due to head-to-head tie breaker (they beat us). I think we can do no better than 4th, and that would only be possible if we beat Toledo and Ohio loses at Miami. I could be wrong, though.

After the win vs. Buffalo two weeks ago to start the last run through the East, KSU only needed 1 more win to lock up a top 4 seed and then got it vs. Ohio on Tuesday.
