I was watching College Gameday this morning because they usually do some sort of bubble talk/blind resume/etc...but they talked about Duke-UNC for the full hour.

It really is pretty ridiculous how much ESPN makes of this game that is played twice a year and sometimes 3 times. ESPN is really just becoming an extension of the ACC.

They did all the bubble talk in the first hour of the show on ESPNU.

I've said it before...Duke is a good team but they are really reall overrated. If they draw a team with some good post players, they are toast...

Their first game this year was a 9 PM affair and the 7 PM game went into OT. I'm sure the powers to be in Bristol were all dumping loads in their pants worrying that a precious second of the UNC-Dook game might be missed. Normally when the first game runs over, they loaf around and run a few ads before cutting away to the game in progress, but not in this case. As soon as the first game ended, it was immediately to the game at the Dean Dome without a moment to spare. Hilarious.

If we had to get a one or two seed in the second round, I'd love it to be duke. I think we'd give them fits.

I'm with you on this...of the 8 teams most likely to be 1/2 seeds, I would take Duke vs any of them. Their strength is shooting and we make it tough to shoot against us and Gates would dominate them inside. I also don't see them stopping our penetrating four guard offense. I think we can take them.
