RE: 3 Years=no CUSA titles
Did you really think we should have won the title after cal gutted us the first year. Really?
Apparently Tournaments on another's home floor don't count?

Could you do us all a favour and consolidate your posts into one post instead of littering the board with multiple posts? Just have one post titled "I'm A Retard" and in the body, put nm and everyone will get it.

Cal blew up the program. It takes time to rebuild. Be patient.

I'm talking regular season title and yes we have had FAR more talent all 3 years than anyone else. I would also say Josh's first team with Cal's players would STOMP the crap out of the other two because they were so much tougher

Could you do me a favor and answer the question? Is it acceptable to FAIL for three straight years while facing inferior talent?

RE: 3 Years=no CUSA titles
Regular season title is meaningless when the tournament is what gets you the NCAA bid.
UCONN won the NCAA last year and finished 9th in the BE. I guess they must suck. What a disappointing season that was.

Considering they lost @ UAB, and have 3 road games left, it's certainly possible.

You dont think it is dissapointing to not win a regular season league title after winning 64 straight league games. WHAT a ******* joke this board is becoming

LOL I will answer that CAL never lost in the current CUSA that we play in. All I know is we won 64 straight after Louisville left and thats how it should be. Not neccesarily undefeated but we should win this league EVERY year

If we had Scott Drew we might be better, but even Scott Drew took 5 years to have a winning season. Plus we would always be looking over our shoulder waiting for the NCAA hammer to come down.
If we had anyone else on the planet besides Pastner, we would be majorly struggling to be a .500 program. We had no players left and played in a mid major conference. The problem with Pastner is that he recruited too well in the beginning. JJ has struggled, and Kendrick, Carmouche and Adonis aren't around.
Georgetown, Houston, St. John's, Cincy, NC State, Arkansas, Michigan, UMass, Virginia, Villanova, DePaul, and UNLV either took 20 years to recover or never recovered. It takes time and there is no magic wand to speed up the process.
