“I’ve watched them my whole life,” Elfers said. “You watch them as a little kid and you dream about playing for them someday.”

Pretty cool to read.

Part of that has to be the effect of the Brian Kelly years.

I believe he is class of 2015, and I'd love if he played football and baseball.

RE: FB Class of 2014
Free article talks about a few UC offers in the state of Alabama:

Quote:•Griffin Riggs | 6-foot-3, 210 lbs | DE/OLB | Auburn (Ala.) High

Offer sheet: Arkansas State, Cincinnati, South Alabama, Southern Miss

The latest: Riggs, who lines up mostly on the defensive line at Auburn High, is still in the early stages but Cincinnati has gauged his interest. Though he admittedly hopes for an SEC offer, the Bearcats are currently in good shape. “I like Cincy a lot, it’s just kind of far,” he said. “I grew up watching (UC coach Tommy) Tubberville at Auburn, so it would be fun to play for him.”

Quote:•Darius Smith | 6-foot-2, 190 lbs | OLB | Florence (Ala.) High

Offer sheet: Miami (Fla.), Tennessee, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Cincinnati, Arkansas State, UAB, South Alabama

The latest: Smith, also known as “Dee,” was a rising prospect as a junior, playing both outside ‘backer and wide receiver for the Falcons. A program always loaded with talent, this versatile 2015 prospect may have the highest upside on the Florence roster. He’ll visit Alabama this weekend, looking for his third SEC extension in a short span.

Quote:•JaMarius Henderson | 5-foot-11, 209 lbs | RB/DB | Midland City (Ala.) Dale County
Offer sheet: Cincinnati, Southern Miss, UAB, Jacksonville State

The latest: Perhaps the least surprising prospect on this list, Henderson is coming off of a 2,000-yard, 100-plus tackle season in being Dale County’s Mr. Everything. SEC schools like Auburn, Alabama and Mississippi State are hot on his trail as well, and he’s headed to see Georgia for the first time this weekend.

Not sure if any of you have heard, but Hunter Atkinson has left Georgia's football team and decided to pursue his career outside of football.
