I can't believe that lame ass station drops the UAB game in order to talk about a dead drug addict.

107.7 taking the game off the air is ridiculous. This night is really making me depressed.

woah - didn't know that...I was watching on TV...honestly had to cut it off... [/i]

Not a major WH fan, BTW...but...still a big story, I reckon... but it seems like they could at least wait until after the game.

It's not a big story. It's a has-been drug addict singer that has been killing her self for years.

I agree... it is not that big of a story... they are idolizing her like they did Michael Jackson. People with lots of problems, not role models, and people who basically live horrible lives and people now acting like they were angels.

It irritates me anyway that our culture idolizes these people but when it bumps into my UAB game... :) That really sets me off!

No one. I guess we didn't think that she was the big of a celebrity.

It just shows how far off the map she had fallen due to drugs & issues.

I was not a fan of most of her stuff but you have to admit that she had one Hell of a voice and she was EXTREMELY attractive and shall we say exceedingly sexy in her younger years. What a shame. Drugs sure are cool, ain't they?

Really? When I was planning on signing up (which I never got around to), she was the first person I thought of

RE: NBR...Whitney Houston...
After her national anthem appearance, I haven't really thought about her after that outside of when she was every woman or every two women (since she was pregnant).

It is just an indication that she really slid downhill with her marriage problems & drug problems.

You would be in the lead had you taken her.
