They are looking at Rice & Marshall in one division and Hawaii & UTEP in the other.
It would make so much more sense if the MWC just invited UTEP, Tulsa, Utah St & San Jose St for 2013. Then they could have divisions...
Hawaii, San Jose St, Fresno St, Nevada, UNLV & Utah St
UTEP, Tulsa, New Mexico, AF, Wyoming & Co St

The please don't bother to look up how many actual living alumni we have because we have 3 tiny private universities and 2 small rural schools and another commuter school with a very small enrollment conference.
OR
Don't look at the small television markets and smaller alumni-bases behind the curtain conference.
