RE: New OC
Hire Mr. Reality for OC.

But seriously, I hope Doeren hires someone the players can get excited about. The players need to be able to get over the PJ thing, and fast.

RE: New OC
How many players get excited about the OC? As long as we get somebody that knows what he's doing, preferably with some experience at OC, and puts players in a position to succeed, I think the players will be fine.

What about some of the older former head coaches that got let go by the schools? Like Bill Stewart of West Virginia

RE: New OC
Cole seems a good fit. So does the former QB coach - 'Z.' Also, Thomas Hammock, if we can get him. Next, whomever DD wants, but NOT a WR coach with no OC experience. We can do better than that!

just let it go, you have made your point countless times already. you don't need to bring it up in every single one of your posts.

Did Novak do anything to you personally? otherwise there is no reason for you to defame any person so much

He's a troll plain and simple. I'd ban him, but then people would be pissed and say we are banning people who don't like Novak.

RE: New OC
Doern knows Hammock's number if he wants to go that way and if Hammock would be interested. My guess is that it would come with a big pay cut.

It is difficult to have continuity with your assistant coaches at this level. That is one thing that I always admired about HWSNBNed. He assembled a team that was a tight knit group that really hung together.

I was thinking of Hammock even before PJ but now I am liking Coach Z more so.
