That comment made about Big East Schools Boise St. and SDSU being always tough and then the rest is just naming schools and not necessarily BE schools. It is taken out of context and doesn't in any way state that ECU will be joining the BE Conference. Nice try though. 03-lmfao

It'd be nice if they were joining however. Air Force, Temple and ECU to go 14/18 would be pretty sweet.

Ummm...I remember hearing about this article awhile back and people making fun of Feinstein like he was Bianchi or something. He probably doesn't even know what conference ECU is in.

The Big East lost its northeast identify when Miami-fl,Va Tech, Boston College,Temple, Syracuse,Pitt and West Virginia exited the conference. Rutgers and UConn are only east left in the Big East and they are looking to bolt. Big East is gone and its now the Big former CUSA-WAC-MWC conference. Ofcourse ECU, Southern Miss, UAB, Tulane and Memphis should be added.

Rutgers is in the middle of a coaching mess. The HC left tor Tampa Bay and is likely taking the vast majority of his former staff with him for Tampa Bay.The former line coach (with no prior HC )is the new HC.Rutgers could not even sign the HC of Temple (MAC) or FIU (Sun Belt).Their seems to be a strict budget requirement imposed by the university by cutting back on the university subsidy of the football program. The value of the new HC pay is about 1/3 of the former HC.

Agree. Though they really need western schools. Memphis helps there ECU and Temple do not.
