Don't know whose bracket this game will bust but it does look like a winnable game for the young dawgs..and better news is the Cougars will come to the convo next year or year after--and bring with them another winnable game.

Any game on the road is hard to call winnable, but there is a better chance of it than vs. many other teams. I wish it was home this year, then it would be much more winnable!

Well maybe I will actually attend a NIU BBall game this year...

Speaking of singing at the Convo...before a recent game, a fella was singing the national anthem...I was at my post courtside, when all of the sudden, SILENCE......

Well, not quite. I could hear him singing but not through the speakers. I ran over to see what the fuss was, but the guy was a pro, kept going and suddenly he could be heard through the speakers again. I asked him "Whaaaa happen?" (after checking some stuff) and it turns out he turned off the mic due to his patriotic passion, no doubt. Of course, I looked like a dillhole anyway.

seems like a pretty equal game to me, SIUE has beaten some alright teams in the OVC and played murray pretty hard on TV. Plus their coach is great.

If NIU cannot beat home or away an extension campus for SIU, weez are really bad.
