I think it's more telling of the leadership, or lack of, but your point about the Capt.'s could be correct.

@ KennesawBasketball: you hit nail on the head. If they were winning, problems would be swept under the rug. However, if they were winning, then probably wouldn't be too many problems. Sometimes individual talent gets too much credit. To be sure, you have to have talent, but a team that respects each other and plays together is very underrated. It can make up for a certain amount of lack of ability.
