1) Yes, I think they trade stickers.
2) BTW, the marketing behind this game is horrendous. The ONLY people who would be interested in watching that game would be someone interested in an individual player. No one is rooting for the "National" team or the "American" team. Yet they DON"T have player names on the jerseys, and they screw up their helmets so you can't even pick out the school the player is from!
I tried to watch some of that game, but just couldn't. Stupid.

I thought is was funny that Chandler and Persa were on the West team as both of their schools are East of the Mississippi river.
Away team jerseys would have been easy but home jerseys would have made a mess of the field...red, black, purple, blue, orange, etc.
I am sure the jersey maker was also a sponsor so they could get their name in the faces of the thousands of people that watched.

The website was pretty terrible too. I don't even think it gave the right date.

Hey, somebody explain how Harnish was on the west team, but guys from U of I were on the east team, and guys from the University of Michigan were with Harnish on the west team.

East and West, (I'm guessing they picked the players for the game, then split them up by position. Example, the five most western school'd WR's go on the west, the 5 most eastern school'd on the East). That being said, still better than Leaders and Legends.

Sticker trading is a long tradition one of the most enjoyable things about post-season senior games.
It's a pity that it's either prohibited or actively discouraged by some games.

I think they should have one half of the helmet be your school sticker. The other side can have whatever stickers you traded (and or names on the back of the jerseys!)

Well DeKalb (88.45' w) is West of Champaign (88.26' w).
And maybe the Michi guys are from the U.P. eegh?

If you watched the Shrine Game closely, there were two players from Rutgers on the field at the same time, but on different teams.

Also Olson was on the opposite team as Schiller and Wedige for their game.

That could be explained because it's possible that Olson is just far more "National" or "American" than Schiller and Wedige.
