wvu's 2005 recruiting class
This is a breakdwon of wvu's 2005 recruiting class.
I'm breaking this down by national ranking not alphabetical order.
5 star players
Jason Gwaltney: RB; 5 foot 11, 235 pounds and runs a 4.4 40
Jason rushed for 2,880 yards and 45 td's his senior year.
Jason won the Hansen award for the second year in a row.
The Hansen is given to Suffolk's most outstanding player
and he is the only player to have won it two times in a row.
For Jason's career he totaled 7,532 yards and totaled 135 td's.
<a href='http://wwww.ice750.com/Gwaltney.WMV' target='_blank'>http://wwww.ice750.com/Gwaltney.WMV</a>
Jason expects to come in and start game one for WVU, his goal is
1500 yards his freshman season. This is the highest ranked
player WVU has landed to date. Jason was rated as 8th best
rb in the nation, and as the #1 fullback in the nation.
4 star players
Patrick McAfee: K; 6 foot and 200 pounds
Patrick is a potential olympic class soccer player. He
has kicked field goals off of the ground from 65 yards.
He is expected to compete for the starting job at placekicker
for WVU.
Scott Kozlowksi: P; 6 foot 190 pounds.
Scott averaged 46.3 yards per punt as a senior. And like
Patrick, Scott is also expected to compete for the starting
job at WVU.
Both of these kickers were rated at the #1 place for their
position in the country.
this is a sample of what it will look like?..opinions?
