They were also undefeated when giving up 60 lol

Also STILL undefeated in the black jerseys.
I want those to become our big game jersey's. Don't abuse them. Sort of what Illinois used to do with the orange ones in basketball.

I agree, special occasions only.

This is why I took tomorrow, er, today off work. Can't freaking sleep now, I'm too stoked.

Really happy for Martel Moore. Having watched him the past couple years, most of us knew what kind of talent he had. He showed it this evening.

Only thing I could come up with is they wanted to make sure the 3:30 NFL game was off the air. They had some postgame coverage of it on ESPN, so that allowed them to get their half hour (or however long it was) NFL show in before the bowl game.

That is exactly why it was pushed back. Berman wasn't worth a half hour even 20 years and 30 pounds ago, why would he be worth the delay now!

My favorite play of the game was one that didn't even count. Harnish completing bsing the Arkansas State defense and then sliding under center and taking it into the endzone was glorious.

I bet Simms is the most relieved huskie today - other than cybes who made several trips to bathroom after prodigious beer intake.

thanx WtW.

ASU is an awesome team and we were fortunate to win. We are all somewhat surprised and pleased with how our D came along late into the season after giving up huge yardage, points and first downs on third and long frequently.

Good luck the coming yr - except in any games you may playing vs MAC teams in 2012 regular season or niu in a repeat bowl game?

Hey 007 - I didn't stay on the board last night to see your post. My whole family has had God-awful head colds and by the time the game ended I was ready to be poured into a coffin. lol.

I was strangely pretty good last night. It was almost surreal. I just KNEW that Chandler was not going to let himself and his team go out losing. And then when he hopped off the field with the ankle injury my heart literally sunk. I could barely breathe. When they took him into the locker room ...well...I was actually on the verge of tears. The thought of Chandler not being able to finish out his last game was just heartbreaking. To have the college career he has had and then to go down before finishing his final game?! All I could think was NO! Don't let it end like this! It CAN'T end like this!!!

And then there he was...back on the sideline like nothing was wrong at all. That look on his face...determined but actually relaxed too. Back in the game playing like he was never out of it at all. That kid is so freakin' phenomenal ...there just are no words for really describing him. He is just....SPECIAL.

What a season. Remember everybody just losing their minds over how bad our D was? And look at how they did in the MACC and last night! Incredible. Just incredible. What a team. What a season! 2 years in a row of amazing seasons! Wow. How lucky can we be? Ok - I have to quit because I am getting all choked up just thinking about it all....I just LOVE Huskie football so damn much. Thanks for sharing it everybody. 04-cheers
